CENTENARY LUNCH – SATURDAY 29TH JUNE 2019. (Private Event)
NARPO will be 100 years old during 2019 and the Birmingham Branch will be holding a Centenary Lunch in order to celebrate the work of the organisation in looking after the interests of Retired Officers.
The event was held at the Tally Ho! Sports & Wellbeing Club Birmingham
Entertainment by Comedian ALFIE MOORE (a serving Police Officer on a career break), and singing by the Canoldir Male Voice Choir

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the performance at Kerry and Andy’s Wedding on Saturday.
What can I say. I thank the choir from the bottom of my heart for such a terrific performance.
My goodness, they exceeded expectations.
I felt that as the choir sang they became part of our
family and you could physically see them relax and
enjoy the moment with us. It will always be a precious
memory of the day and I thank each and every one of
you for making it happen.
Now I am crying happy tears whilst typing.
Thank you so much.

Music of Life is a charity which uses music to advance the education, health and wellbeing of children with physical and learning disabilities.
this was a special concert which celebrated the progress and achievements of all our extraordinary West Midlands children with special needs. Joined by professional disabled and non-disabled musicians, Canoldir Choir and the winner of Channel Four’s Operatunity Denise Leigh, they performed a new commission by disabled composer Thomas Blumire and a range of exciting music that left the audience feeling uplifted. |
